What is it all about?
Every week our inbox at Glifting Girls is full of questions and the single biggest issue is usually; “what do I need to enter?” This article will help to outline the Glifting Girls approach and the ethos behind the events. Glifting Girls, at its heart, celebrates fitness, health, fashion and beauty. You do not need to have the physique of a goddess to attend – although if you do, we have a category for you. We welcome every woman and every possible body type.
Who is it for?
The objective of the competition is to help boost self-esteem and we do this by helping to promote good personal health – through nutrition, exercise and a bit of self-loving. It is hard-work, but our events help ladies to create positive goals in their lives. Goals with positive objectives – that lead women on transformational journeys which is what Glifting Girls is all about.
